This partnership aims to transform the Chiang Chio Te Memorial Aeta School (CCTMAS) in San Marcelino, Zambales, into a hub of learning, hope, and opportunity.

CCTMAS serves 68 eager learners, from Kinder to Grade 6, and has a dedicated team of eight teaching and non-teaching personnel. Deputy Director Leonard Faustino, representing GPF Philippines, made a generous donation of P20,000 to address the immediate needs of the school’s teachers. Chevron Holdings Inc. contributed significantly by donating bags of school supplies, books, raincoats, six used laptops for teachers, three used Smart TVs, and a water jet pump, which is essential for the school’s operations.

The turnover of these invaluable donations was graced by the presence of ARD Jessie Amin and SDS Jessie Ferrer from DepEd, NCIP Zambales Provincial Director Attorney Antonio, and Governor Ebdane’s External Affairs Consultant Eric Matibag. Their presence symbolized the collaborative spirit among various organizations and government entities in championing education and community development.

Parents of the students displayed remarkable cooperation, while the children were brimming with excitement as they embarked on their educational journey with these new resources and support.

The Adopt-A-School Program initiated by GPF Philippines and Chevron Holdings Inc. not only underscores the importance of accessible education but also highlights the transformative power of partnerships. By providing essential resources and support to CCTMAS, this initiative seeks to empower young learners, enrich their educational experience, and pave the way for a brighter future.

The partnership between GPF Philippines, Chevron Holdings Inc., DepEd Central Luzon, and SDO Zambales exemplifies the positive impact that can be achieved when organizations and government agencies come together to uplift communities and invest in the next generation. It is a testament to the unwavering commitment to education and the betterment of society.
