Growing leadership capabilities with insightful and practical workshop was conducted during the IBM Leadership Academy as part of the post-activity of the 2017 Global Peace Convention at Marriott Grand Ballroom. Charting leadership journey, and understanding how a leader can shape “moments of impact” experienced by those you lead. Being stellar at giving and receiving feedback will help you quickly adapt to this fast changing environment and be open to building skills.
The training was conducted by Peter Mostachetti, a “manager champion” and top trainer from IBM’s global headquarters in New York, together with Diane Melley, IBM Vice President, Global Citizenship Initiatives accompanied by consultants from IBM’s national office in the Philippines and moderated by Marie Beatrice Mendoza, Global Ambassador, International Young Leaders Assembly.
