Future All-Lights Village in Sitio Flora, Brgy. Maruglu, Capas, Tarlac

Sitio Flora is a village in Barangay Maruglu in the municipality of Capas, Tarlac Province.

The people of Sitio Flora are naturally cheerful and lively; although most of them are quite shy at first encounter. They have the capacity to support themselves and a way of life that most urban people would find appealing.

The residents of Flora belong to the group of Aetas who were hardest hit by and had to leave their ancestral domain because of the eruption of Mt. Pinatubo in 1991. After the areas surrounding the volcano were declared safe, they returned to their village and returned to their former way of life.

Flora Elementary School has 118 pupils from Preparatory School to Grade III.
