Three more mountain barangays of Ormoc City, badly affected by super typhoon Yolanda, received Alllights Village solar portable lamps from Global Peace Foundation in cooperation with Congw. Lucy Torres-Gomez, 4th district of Leyte.

300 in Brgy. Liberty, 336 in Brgy. Nueva Vista and 130 in Brgy. Cabaonan.
