Global Peace Youth Volunteers’ Workshop

On March 1, one hundred thirty college students including volunteers, members, and officers of Global Peace Youth in Divine Word College of Calapan in Oriental Mindoro attended the Global Peace Volunteers Introductory Workshop.

The workshop aimed to introduce Global Peace Foundation and Global Peace Youth's vision, mission, focus areas, and core values. It also became a venue to gather officers and new members of GPY in the chapter to discuss on their future goals and participation to upcoming international and local events.

Following the workshop, a coastal clean up is organized on March 7 as part of the chapter's environmental sustainability project in the local community.
