All-Lights Village Leadership Conference

FIRST ALL-LIGHTS VILLAGE LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE NUEVA ECIJA themed, "Roadmap to Community Development: Self-Reliance and Community Resilience", held at the Old Capitol Bldg., Cabanatuan City.

409 community leaders from 17 ALV chapters from 6 municipalities and 1 city of Nueva Ecija participated.
